'MT' is a highly respected industry publication read by an international audience – the challenge was to create a website that appealed to this wide target audience and promoted advertising, sponsorship and digital subscriptions to the magazine.
It was clear from the outset that the web presence needed to be multifaceted to push advertising, increase digital and print subscriptions to the magazine and cross-sell membership of the trade association that publishes the title.
Solution:
We created a website that showcases the high quality feel of the magazine and presents the publication as an industry leader. We included strong calls to action and designed the site to deliver information in a clear and concise fashion.
Since we also manage all of the email marketing for MT magazine we integrated the subscription forms on the website with Campaign Monitor to manage their extensive email marketing programme.
Since the launch of the website in late 2011 the number of digital subscriptions to the magazine have increased by over 90% and the number of advertising leads received through the site have increased by 65%.
