IMPA is a trade association with an international membership base that utilise their website as a portal for information on new industry/IMPA initiatives.
With a growing membership base and a outdated web presence IMPA needed to bring the visual language and functionality of their website up to a new level and address the need to access industry knowledge at point of need.
Solution
Following a programme of research with the client we delivered a new design that enabled visitors to the website to find what they were looking for quickly and easily.
In addition, we developed a back end CMS system using ExpressionEngine which manages a wide range of functionality for the client including: a searchable Membership Directory, an integrated online e-learning portal and a secure login area where members can access a large, searchable library of documentation, video and audio resources.
The redesigned website also features integration into a SalesForce.com CRM system.
